13th Annual MSTP Retreat

We just had a wonderful MSTP Retreat featuring Dr George Chandy, Dr John Cohen, and Drs Karina and Steve Cramer at the UCLA Conference Center in Lake Arrowhead. The next retreat will be from October 23-25, 2009.

MSTP Student Awarded the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Predoctoral Traineeship

Congratulations to Randy Wei (MSTP 4). He was awarded $90,000 for 3 years by the DOD Breast Cancer Predoctoral Traineeship for his breast cancer research under the mentorship of Dr. Wen-Hwa Lee in the Department of Biological Chemistry.
